Bike Otago will be running a Winter Series XC at Bethunes Gully and at Wakari Creek on the following dates–

Below are photos taken at the first race of the series . It was a lovely sunny morning and it was great to see everyone having a great time. We look forward to seeing everyone again on the 19th June at Wakari Creek.

Justin will be competing in the 1st UCI World Cup for the 2011 Season in Pietermaritzburg South Africa on 24th April. We wish him well for the 2011 Downhill World Cup Series.
Dan did very well in the Naseby 12 hour. He rode 220km or 19 laps on a single speed bike and came 3rd in the Speights Single Speed class. Congratulations on a terrific effort.
We had a Wooden 29er in at Bike Otago this week . This has been made by Leith Joinery out of hardened ply. Chris from Leith Joinery is seen here holding the wooden 29er.
Bike Otago put a chain on the bike and hey presto, away he went.
