Bike Otago is our dream store!

We opened 02/02/2009 with a philosophy inspired by our own experiences (good and bad) gained when dealing with other stores though out our biking history… So we set out to make a store that is the ”Peoples” store, Not just a place to buy, but a place to linger, look, touch and talk! we love talking about any thing to do with bikes! we don’t claim to know it all and are always looking to learn from our customers who soon become friendly faces that we see monthly, weekly and yes some time even daily!

It is important to us that our customers leave with the right bike or products ,so we listen to what you what and then use our knowlege to match you with the right product, you then have an option to take the bike on an over night trial just to make sure! we also offer a 3 day right of exchange to get you onto the right bike for you.

If we don’t have it we’ll get it! so if you are looking for something special, maybe a pretty piece of bling for your bike, We will do our best to search our suppliers lists to find it.
